Miscellaneous

• Added "Trash Runes" button to Mystic UI to automatically destroy all Runes of Bundling that aren't red.
• It is now possible to instantly logout on certain maps (Keter, Markut, Yesode, Horus, Peace Zone)
• Moved registration for Champions of Iberia from 19:30 to 19:20
