Added a new system to confirm certain tasks, such as

• Upgrading an item that is +21 or above (shoutout to @Dome)
• Selling high value items
• Throwing away high value items
• Assigning a guild master/vice guild master

Playground

• Removed kill limit
• Changed warm up timer to 1m for 1vs1 and 2m for anything else
• Changed match timer to 10m for 1vs1 and 15m for anything else

Miscellaneous

• Pressing "G" when you have no guild now brings up the Guild Application board

Bug fixes

• Fixed Halloween wand skin craft
• Fixed Medium Luck usage while having Blessing of Salreon activated
• Fixed two guild emblem designs
• Fixed guild leaders receiving guild leader rewards from territory war, even when being a mercenary
• [DirectX 12] Fixed mage AOE
